Fm12 Platform Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the fm12 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any services provided by fm12, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.
The fm12 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. You also confirm that accessing online platforms for betting and entertainment purposes is permitted under the laws applicable in your location.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account immediately.
2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the fm12 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. fm12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party.
- Notifying fm12 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that the personal information in your account is always kept up to date and accurate.
Fm12 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the fm12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment channels supported by the platform, including Boost, Touch 'n Go, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.
The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:
- Deposit: Deposited funds will be credited to the user's account once the transaction is confirmed. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, though most deposits are processed instantly.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests require full identity verification before they are processed. fm12 reserves the right to request supporting documents to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
- Transaction limits: Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum transaction limits. These limits are subject to change at fm12's discretion.
- Bonus funds: Funds received through promotions or bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion was launched. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
Fm12 reserves the right to suspend or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of service.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users of the fm12 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, scrape data from, or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or otherwise compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Distributing obscene, offensive, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with any third party.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
Fm12 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any user found to be in violation of these rules, including suspending or closing their account, withholding account balances suspected to have been obtained unlawfully, and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Fm12 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any warranties, whether express or implied. The platform does not guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or that they will meet all user requirements. Under no circumstances shall fm12 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fm12 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of fm12 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The fm12 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under fm12's control. The inclusion of such links does not imply that fm12 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users access these links at their own risk.
6. Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Fm12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or at the user's own request. If an account is closed at the user's initiative, any valid remaining balance will be processed for return once all security checks have been completed.
Changes to These Terms
Fm12 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
